• Checkout Experience

  • The checkout table now clears automatically when starting a new checkout session for a different patron.

  • Checkout receipt dates are now formatted as MM/DD/YYYY for clarity.

• Search Accuracy

  • Item searches (basic and advanced) now use the Publication Date field instead of item creation date for more accurate results.

• Overdue Notice Report

  • You can now select the same day for both the start and end date ranges without error.

• UI Consistency Updates

  • Headers and tabs have been repositioned for consistent spacing across pages (Patron Profile, Checkout, Holds, Transfers, Item Requests, Reports, and Record Sets).

  • Divider lines in the header now stretch the full width across all affected pages.

Bug Fixes

• Claims/Missing/Lost Screen: Fixed an error when trying to view claim details for items with no patron checkout history.

• MARC Frameworks: Prevented system crashes when a field exists without subfields. Such fields are now ignored on load and save.

• Patron Deletion Rules

  • Staff can now delete patrons with unclaimed holds (the hold data remains for reporting purposes).

  • Staff can no longer delete patrons with outstanding balances — this action is blocked until the balance is resolved.

• Item Deletion: Added a “Delete Item” option in the More menu on the Item Details screen.
