Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Simplicity ILS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on July 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 17, 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To receive one entry into the giveaway:

1. Follow Simplicity ILS on Facebook or Instagram.

2. Like the giveaway post.

3. Tag a library, librarian, library staff member, or library colleague in the comments.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified in the giveaway post.

Prize

Three (3) winners will receive a copy of Sea of Charms by Sarah Beth Durst (Approximate Retail Value: $29.99 USD).

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided.

Winner Selection and Notification

Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, social media handle, and library affiliation (if applicable) for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Simplicity ILS, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy

Information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
